We are a small virtual assistant agency based in the North of Tasmania, lutruwita. Founded in June 2023 as Nadia Coull Virtual Assistant, we quickly grew and in November 2023 expanded and rebranded to become Virtual Adiuvo.

Our team may be small, but we are hardworking. We have a wide variety of experience in many different fields, and we know the challenges of balancing work and life, especially around young families.

We offer our services to anyone in any industry. We will take the necessary steps to ensure that we are all informed and well versed in anything you require.

Here at Virtual Adiuvo, we assist business owners and entrepeanuers to get their businesses running smoothly. We do the tasks that you either do not need to or want to do.

No task is too small or beneath us. If you feel like you could be doing something more useful, it means you probably could be. So why not get us to do the tasks that are taking up your time?

The Process

Whether you know exactly what you want us to assist you with or you just know you need help, getting in contact is the first step.

Once, initial contact has been made we arrange a time to have a phone call, or a zoom meeting, and go over how we can help.

We then put in place an agreement with the required work or hours outlined.

And then, we here at Virtual Adiuvo get to work!

With regular updates and meetings, either via zoom or phone, we keep you in the loop so that you know exactly what we are doing and where we are at with things.

We are friendly and approachable, and we are always up for something new, and we love a challenge!
