Virtual Adiuvo is a Tasmanian-owned consultancy providing People & Culture, Compliance, and Quality support to NDIS providers across Australia.

Founded in 2023, Virtual Adiuvo was established to help disability service providers access experienced operational support without the cost of engaging multiple specialists or employing additional management staff.

With extensive experience in the NDIS sector, we understand the challenges providers face in managing their workforce, maintaining compliance, preparing for audits, and building systems that support sustainable growth.

We partner with organisations to deliver practical support across People & Culture, workforce management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, compliance management, quality systems, audit preparation, and organisational improvement projects.

Our approach is hands-on, practical, and tailored to the unique needs of each provider. Whether you require ongoing support, assistance with a specific compliance project, preparation for NDIS audits, or an experienced professional to strengthen your internal systems, we become an extension of your team.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Nadia, the founder of Virtual Adiuvo.

My career has spanned administration, sales, real estate, aged care, disability services, hospitality, retail, media, and business ownership. Over the years, I've held a variety of operational and leadership roles, ultimately finding my passion in People & Culture, compliance, and quality management within the NDIS sector.

Having worked extensively within disability services, I understand the unique challenges providers face when it comes to workforce management, compliance obligations, audit preparation, policy development, recruitment, and creating systems that support both employees and participants.

I founded Virtual Adiuvo to provide NDIS providers with practical, reliable support from someone who understands the realities of the sector. My goal is to help organisations build strong teams, maintain compliance, reduce administrative burden, and create sustainable systems that allow them to focus on delivering quality supports.

I pride myself on being approachable, solutions-focused, and genuinely invested in helping organisations succeed. Whether I'm assisting with a compliance project, reviewing policies, supporting recruitment, or helping prepare for an audit, I believe in providing practical advice and hands-on support that delivers real value.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, two young children, and three cats, or enjoying the rare opportunity to curl up with a good book and a block of chocolate.
