Nadia Coull
FOUNDER & VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

With experience in administration, sales, real estate, aged care and the disability sector, retail, media, hospitality, and having managed and owned multiple businesses, I know how tough juggling all the facets of owning and operating your own business can be. This is why in 2023, after having my daughter and taking 6 months off, I decided to launch my own virtual assistant business to help business owners and entrepeanuers.

I pride myself on my work ethic and have incorporated this into my business. I aim to ensure that we, as a team, are reliable, hardworking and approachable. No job is too small, or too big, and Virtual Adiuvo exists solely to ease the burden that many people carry when trying to juggle all the different facets of owning your own business.

I can be a workoholic, I am a chocoholic, and sometimes I am that crazy cat lady who likes to snuggle up with my three cats and read a good book - something that rarely happens now there are two young children running around.

Penny Mitchell
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

I am a dedicated support worker in the community service sector, and virtual assistant at Virtual Adiuvo. I have experience in the community service sector, administration, hospitality and retail. 

I am a passionate mum of three, and I am committed to caring for, and supporting, people from all walks of life.

I am an adventurous spirit who cherishes "me time" and quality moments with the family.

Taleah O’Garey
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

I am a highly organised and self-motivated individual with 10 years of Administration experience, with a background in personal injury insurance. I look forward to utilising my experience and wide skillset as a Virtual Assistant at Virtual Adiuvo.  

In my spare time you will find me spending time with my 2 dogs, Chester and Milo, exercising, gaming and binging a tv show.

Katie Trinh
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

I'm a passionate and motivated person with years of experience in administration, marketing, sales, compliance, and allied health. I love analysing data, proof-reading, creative design, and you'll always see me working with a coffee in-hand.

I'm currently working part-time while studying a Bachelor of Education to become a primary school teacher. I'm a mum of two adventurous boys who love BMX racing and, in my spare time, ride and compete my two horses.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

I am a driven and organised person with a passion for perfection in my work. I have many years experience in administration in multiple industries including accounting, trucking, and aged care as well as website development and creative design. I really enjoy helping people and using the skills and knowledge I have to build their dream, and ensure their business thrives.

My passions in life are my family and travelling in our beautiful state and overseas. I also enjoy the freedom of running, and being outside whenever I can.
