Virtual Adiuvo is a Tasmanian-owned consultancy specialising in People & Culture, Compliance, and Quality support for NDIS providers across Australia.

Founded by Nadia Coull, Virtual Adiuvo was established to give disability service providers access to experienced operational expertise without the cost of employing additional management staff. We understand the unique challenges of the NDIS sector because we've worked within it, supporting organisations to build capable teams, strengthen governance, and create sustainable systems that support quality service delivery.
